2. Services & Proposals
Scope of work, deliverables, payment milestones, and timelines for custom software development, web applications, and mobile app projects are specified in individual client service agreements or statements of work (SOW).
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full settlement of agreed project fees, full ownership and intellectual property rights of custom client deliverables transfer to the client, unless third-party or open-source licenses apply.
